Start with a conversation
Choose one customer group and talk to people in it. Ask about the last time the problem happened, how they dealt with it, and what it cost in time or effort. Listen for actual behavior instead of collecting compliments about your idea.
Define the smallest useful offer
Write down one outcome, a clear scope, a delivery timeline, and what the customer must provide. Keep the first version small enough to deliver reliably. A narrow offer gives you something concrete to test.
Learn from delivery
Track what customers ask, where delivery slows down, and which parts create value. Refine the process before adding more services. A business becomes easier to lead when its promises and its delivery match.
