This site brings fractional COO and CMO leadership together with a marketplace of resources and services. Those are different starting points for a visitor. The design challenge is to help someone choose a useful next action without needing to understand the entire business first.
The connections
The marketplace groups offers by need and provides details for each. Offers that need a conversation lead to an on-site contact form with the offer selected. Referral links take partners to a dedicated page where they can identify the service and explain who needs help.
The next layer
BYOB adds an educational route into that same ecosystem. A visitor can explore a building topic, read a guide, and continue into the Skool community. This is a description of the site’s structure, not a claim about measured conversion or revenue results.
The takeaway
Map the visitor’s next decision before adding another page. A useful page has a purpose, a clear next step, and a destination that preserves context.
