Map the exchange
Identify who pays, what they receive, and when they pay. A project, subscription, retainer, and digital product each create different expectations. Choose a structure that fits the outcome and the delivery work.
Include the real cost of delivery
List the people, tools, contractor work, and time required. Include ongoing support and your own involvement. An offer can attract buyers and still be difficult to sustain if the delivery burden is invisible.
Test the assumptions
Separate what you know from what you are guessing. Customer demand, delivery capacity, and repeat purchase behavior are assumptions until you have evidence. Test one important assumption at a time and keep a record of what you learn.
